Exchange or Return of Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and included items should be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

You may inspect the product after delivery to verify its condition and functionality. However, products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or altered beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible using an appropriate payment method.
